Pseudomantis albofimbriata (False garden mantis)

Mantodea, Mantidae. This species is large (males 40-45mm, females 45-50mm) with a distinctive black spot on the underside of the femur on the prey grasping fore leg. Males are smaller and more gracile than females and readily fly whereas the females have reduced wings and are not capable of flight.
