This moth species was described as having a distribution in Queensland from Iron Range to Brisbane (Zborowski and Edwards (2007,2017), however Bold Systems 4 now shows it has been recorded in all Australian mainland states and territories.

Given the uncertainty as to the identification of these to species I have added the 'Pseudanápaea sp.(genus)' taxon.
