Does not seem to have raised mid vein in leaf, petals 5-6mm - sorry photo not good enough and I did not notice stamen position.

I had a look at the leaves of this plant under the microscope, they are very hairy with both simple and complex hairs, leaves are 4-6mm long, and it appears to have a raised mid-vein to level of revolute leaf edges. It seems to have a mix of H. stricta and H. serpylilifolia. I will make a collection and take to the herbarium.

Hi Michael, regarding Hibbertia have you seen this paper: H.R. Toelken (2013) Notes on Hibbertia subg. Hemistemma (Dilleniaceae) 9. The eastern Australian H. vestita group, including H. pedunculata and H. serpyllifolia. Journal of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens 26 31–69. Thanks Ken - very useful reference - points in the direction of this being H. stricta as underside of leaf is not readily apparent

Flowering shoots from 5 plants collected 10 Jan 2019 and examined under binocular microscope; simple hairs absent on calyx, confirming it is Hibbertia srticta.
