Aaron, all I can say is that it is a bolete, but given its decrepit state there's no point in trying to put a name on it. However, you do have something interesting, namely the yellow bit in photo 4. This looks very much like a Sepedonium, which turns up on old, rotting boletes and which, at first glance, looks like a mass of bright yellow powder. Do you have a closer view of that bit? If so, make that the prime photo but keep photos 1,2 and 4 to give a context. If you don't have a closer view of the yellow bit, no matter, just make photo 4 the prime photo and change the identification to Sepedonium.
