Please once more check leaves' margins' glands, scabrosities, (loosely : 'bumps')? – in the fourth photograph at full resolution, the middle where it has focussed most .

i would say L.laterale. The culm margins seem smooth rather than scabrous which would eliminate L.viscidum. The infloresence seems to long for L.gunnii which I was also thinking about.
